My name is Zachary Lord. I am 19 years old. I  am a high school graduate and now attend community college. I started detailing back in 2020 when COVID-19 hit and there was nothing else to do. I worked for a dealership, as a lot attended and witnessed the lack of care for vehicles that came through the dealership.
